Attention Rusty,
During the month of October of this year, my wife decided and I decided to totally replace our kitchen. We tore everything out to the walls and started from scratch. Everything was scheduled to keep the flow of work even including scheduling your technician to rewire the room. On the appointed day, we got a call that the tech had hurt his back and couldn't perform the job. When I advised your office person of the fact that the cabinets were due in the next day and it was a must that I get some electric work done, she called you. Within 30 minutes, you were at my house with another worker, Lewis, on the way.
Such service is hard to find in this day in age and this letter is to simply convey my appreciation to you and your company. Without your completion of work that day, the cabinet installation project would have been delayed approximately three weeks.
